Training Bokkens

I need Help with Bokkens?
Ok so My uncle has just bought bokkens for us and i would like to know what can we do to train together and alone and i mean this by doing it ourselfs not going into a course
You need to get training…there is no other way. Just learning to swing the bokken around and doing some moves you saw in a movie is stupid and a waste of energy. Your uncle should have not bought them for you unless he was willing to take to learn from a good Sensei…Period.
