I have been in this country (America) for a little over 2 years I will go back to Japan by the end of this year. My friends (one white couple one black couple) are getting married. They all invited me to their weddings. I want to give the white couple the beautiful china set which I brought here from Japan (one of a kind collector item, hand painted by top Japanese artist), and the black couple a stunning Samurai Sword (3 pieces set) (I know they like Kung Fu movies, so I assume they would enjoy them)
Obviously I can’t just ask them because I don’t want to ruin the surprises. Do you think they will enjoy my gift? Thank you very much
