In the movie Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, what are some examples of taxing, crusades, feudalism and religion?
I have to do an essay on examples of taxing, crusades, feudalism and religion in the movie. What are some examples?
Taxing – Prince John unfairly taxes the people for his own personal use.
Feudalism – the residents fight amongst themselves out of desperation. A corrupt sheriff killing his own people. Also the discrimination of other faiths on the home land.
Crusades – King Richard and his armies going out to try to convert other nations to his own religious beliefs. The convert or die mentality.
Religion – one person upholding personal convictions despite the personal cost.
