I hear that the BIOS battery could be my answer to why the bios setting want stay the way that i set the boot settings, also when they say putting the battery in could burn the board so when they say that it could burn the motherboard could that happen if you put the batter in while the pc is still pluged or maybe you put the battering in while the pc is still running, which i just ask becouse i’m not stuped enough to put a battery in even if the pc is still puged in, also i couldn’t even get the side of the case off without having to unplug the pc so unplugging is not a big thing for me,
and is the batter easy to get out and put one in, also i hear that you can use a screwdrive or knife to get the battery out, i thought that using one of thoes will harm the pc but i guess not as long as the pc is unpluge and you are touching the case keep static out and using a knife or screwdrive will not hurt,
whats the question…?
if your bios settings keep geting reset check your CMOS reset settings on the actual motherboard. or replace the CMOS battery
unplug it before you touch the inside of the computer at all
