what type of sig p226 is this?
I am considering buying a sig p226 from a local gun shop for 650, it is used( not sure how many rounds it has) and comes with 4 mags, but looks fine from basic inspection, no scratches and shows no signs of wear. I didn’t remember to look at The underslide stampings but the serial number is u565341. Is this the folded steel older pre 1996 west german model or is this the milled slide model? Any input? Is this a good buy? Or if it is a folded slide model should I pass for something more durable?
Probably more to the point, which is more durable? Folded or milled? And u dummie, helpful answers or kindly fuck off.
any p226 is worth 650, they have been and will forever be great reliable guns. ps the folded slide sigs are tougher than the milled ones and more desirable to some.
