Folded Steel Japanese
How do you say “A thousand plates of folded steel” in Japanese?

Me and my friends are major Bleach fans(nerds) and recently we were talking about Zanpakuto and what ours would be like if we had one. And I just wanted to know what “A thousand plates of folded steel” would sound like in Japanese,as a noun, or what could be a better name for it.
Is there a way to say “A thousand plates of folded steel” in Japanese, or maybe another way of saying it as if implied or something along those lines.
