2/3 guys on a quest, come across a “den” of women, stay the night but turn out they are vampire like creatures! but this sticks in my mind:- they have to cross a bridge guarded by a popeye lookalike, who’s phrase was “put them up”, cut the arms off but kept growing again, maybe late 70’s/80’s. If you know, can you tell me if I can purchase this on video or dvd
