How gory is “Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena”?
Right now my wife & I are taking care of our 13 yr. old cousin, and he wants to know if we’d let him rent the Chronicles of Riddick game but I know his mother is a little skeptical of excessively gory games, but if its not to excessive she’ll make some exceptions. Not having ever played the game I can’t really make a judgment; so how gory is it? Will you be seeing decapitations/severing or graphic shots of mutilations on a frequent basis, or are these scenes infrequent/non-graphic? I know it says it has gore, but I’ve seen games that say they have gore and still be fairly tame in the end (I.E. Prince of Persia: Two Thrones) but I’d like to double check before I get in trouble with his mother.

i think it is gory because it’s not fairytale it’s sci-fi
