I get these scary dreams where I’m running away from situations Why do I get these dreams?

I get dreams like Zombies running after me to kill me with axes, People throwing stones at me and I’m running away in a car. I have been kept Captive and i try to hide and run. Walls are closing behind me and I’m running away scared to find a way in or out . Running through a forest and I’m scared. ( I don’t know what I was running away from?)
Once I got a dream where I’m in this dark room and theres this big fat man swinging his hands while holding a blade and a knife. I cant see due to darkness hence cant do anything. I’m trying to defend myself by stepping back and trying to push his hands away. But I’m getting cuts all over arms/hands and they are giving me a burning sensation and pain. I’m totally confused. Why do i get these scary dreams and what do they mean? I have a good life and I’m happy.

looks to me like the dreams of someone who might be in spiritual
darkness.
demons can attack in your sleep. that’s when you’re the most vulnerable.
Ask Jesus for help. He has all authority in Heaven and Earth.
